Australian Professionals of Colour (APOC) empowers individuals and leaders from diverse cultures to discover their true potential and leverage their cultural intelligence to excel in their careers.
Since our inception in 2021, APOC has grown into a vibrant community of over 2,000 professionals. Through a series of online and in-person events, our members have connected with senior leaders and industry experts who share their lived experiences. We have established thriving chapters in Melbourne and Sydney, working with Australian organizations to develop culturally intelligent leaders and high-performing diverse teams.
